All mystery bundles are packed at random. Items, colours, styles, designs and themes may vary depending on current stock.

Due to the mystery nature of our products, we cannot guarantee specific colours, items, brands, shades or styles unless clearly stated on the product listing.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of mystery bundles, personalised items, beauty items, stationery bundles and add-ons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

Please make sure you read the full product description before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can look into this for you.

Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, duties or fees that may apply in their country.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed, returned or held due to customs, unpaid fees or incorrect delivery information.
