Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, VAT, duties or handling fees that may apply within their country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included within our product or shipping prices.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Delays

Once parcels leave us and are handed to the postal courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

International orders may occasionally experience delays due to:

♡ Local postal delays
♡ Import inspections

Returned or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:
♡ Unpaid customs/import fees
♡ Incorrect address details
♡ Failure to collect the parcel
♡ Refused delivery

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reshipping fees may apply if you would like the parcel sent again.

Tracking Information

Tracked shipping is provided where available. Once dispatched, tracking updates are handled directly through the courier service.

Please allow time for tracking updates to refresh during international transit.
